Refund & Cancellation policy


You can cancel any products order or part of a products order within 24 hours of placing the order. Any amount paid will be refunded using the same mode of payment that was used to make the purchase. However cancellation is not allowed for any projects where you have pledged your support.

How do I cancel my order?

  • If you cancel your order for products or any project support before the payment gateway accepts the amount, there will be a full refund of the money paid by you.
  • Cancellation is not allowed for any projects where you have pledged your support.
  • In all the other cases, including damage or incorrectly supplied goods, we may offer you a replacement (products only).

Refunds Policy

All refunds for product orders are processed within 5-7 business days of cancellation or from date of receipt of the returned products at our warehouse.

What’s your return policy?

Return any of our products except perishable products  – no questions asked–within 7 days of purchase. For perishable please mail or whatsapp as soon as you receive the item and will do the needful. Perishable items include vegetables & fruits and home made sweets which the shelf life is only 7 days if not kept in the cold condition.

  • You agree to take reasonable care of the products that you wish to replace in its original condition.
  • Only unused, unaltered, and unsoiled products will be accepted for refund.
  • Replacements will be made based on the availability of the product on the website.
  • When you return any product, you are responsible for any loss or damage to them in transit and for this reason, we reserve the right to charge you for such loss or damage.
  • Refunds will be made once you have returned the delivered products to us.

How will I get a refund for the order I cancelled or returned?

Any refund shall be made to the debit/credit card account provided by you when you place your order and will be subjected to our right to withhold an amount for products which are damaged upon return.

Shipping Policy

We render our services to your acceptance of the conditions mentioned below and therefore request you to read them carefully.
We despatch all our Products within 48 hours of receiving the order. We courier all domestic orders through reputed courier companies like Blue Dart Express Limited or DTDC (India) and international orders through DHL.

Shipping Locations:

We can ship our non-perishable products to Countries worldwide including United States, United Kingdom, Canada, Australia, Singapore and New Zealand.

Shipping Time:

  • The shipping transit days for air freight are as follows:
  • For South India – 3 – 4 working days
  • For North India – 4 – 6 working days
  • For West India – 3 – 6 working days
  • For East India – 7 – 8 working days
  • The transit time may differ for Bulk shipping as we despatch the consignment through surface mode.

Delays in Delivery:

  • The aforementioned shipping time is only indicative, and the items can be shipped earlier or later on a case-to-case basis.
  • Delivery time is subject to factors beyond our control, including unexpected travel delays from our courier partners and transporters due to weather conditions and strikes. We will keep you informed on the status of your order, including delays if any. No refund, returns, replacement & exchange will be entertained for this reason.

Important Information Regarding Address:

  • Billing Address is the address where a customer gets his bills. Shipping address is the address where the customer wants to receive their shipment. Note that both the address can be the same or different depending on the customer choice.
  • Any changes in your address need to be informed within 24 hours of placing the order. You cannot make any alterations to your address, 24 hours past your order placement/after the parcel is shipped.
  • If you want to ship multiple products to different addresses, we request you to place separate orders for each delivery address.

Risk of Loss:

All items purchased from are subject to the aforementioned shipping Contract, which means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier. Good Food Village, subsidiary of GFV Farm Products and Services Private Limited, is not liable for the same thereafter.
