CSA Crop Booking

CSA Crop Booking — Pre-order to Cultivate

CSA = Community Supported Agriculture (pre-booking cycles so cultivation can be planned).

CSA crop booking helps families and partners participate by placing bookings in advance—so cultivation and sourcing can be planned.

CSA is also a stability layer: when combined with governed community operations and agritourism, it helps create more dependable cash flow across seasons.

WHAT YOU CAN BOOK (CYCLE-BASED)

Crop booking cycles may include (based on season and readiness):

  • Grains & pulses: paddy, groundnut, greengram, blackgram, horsegram
  • Millets: varieties based on the cycle plan
  • Tea & spices: cycle-based availability
  • Seasonal fruits: limited windows (shared in the booking calendar)
  • Value-added batches (limited): select items announced per cycle (e.g., pickles / mixes)

How it works: You’ll receive a booking calendar before each cycle so you can reserve slots early.

HOW IT WORKS (SIMPLE)

  1. Join the waitlist
  2. Receive the next crop booking list + timelines
  3. Place your booking (limited slots per cycle)
  4. Cultivation / sourcing begins based on aggregated demand
  5. Transparent updates shared during the cycle
  6. Pickup/route options shared (pickup-first; route-based when feasible)

            COST CLARITY (FOUNDING PHASE)

            • Crop booking is planned at actual cultivation cost
            • Additional expenses (harvest/packing/transport) are shared transparently before confirmation
            • Booking cycles are planned first; fulfillment happens based on harvest and batch readines

                      SEASONAL CLARITY (POSITIVE)

Crop cycles and availability depend on climate and season. Booking calendars are shared before each cycle.
